This page is designed to help answer questions you may have as you browse our site and place your order. We understand that this page may not answer all of your questions so if you cannot find the answer, please contact us and we will get your questions answered right away. We are continually adding more question and answers to better serve you!

How long does it take to ship?

Personalized gifts will ship within 3 business days, usually sooner if we can. We strive to keep our products in stock, but due to the popularity of some products, it is not always possible. If an item is on back-order, it will be listed as such on our website and will ship out with 1-2 days of us receiving our stock order.

Your order will ship from Columbus, Ohio. Below is a shipping map to determine how many days it will take to reach you via normal FedEx ground shipping. Refer to our Production and Shipping Times page for more information.


I like a certain product but need it for a different occasion. Can you change the design and personalization to fit my needs?

We can definitely help in changing the design and personalization. Custom design work incurs an additional fee that starts at $45. Please give us a call to discuss your needs and we will be able to give you an accurate final cost for your order that includes the design set-up fee. Please note that custom designed products will take additional time and will not ship within our normal production time of 3 business days.

I placed an order online and it wouldn't take my credit card and I am now showing multiple charges on my credit card.

This is due to the bank of the credit card. When you try purchase an item and it will not take your credit card the bank allocates the funds even though our system will deny the payment and order due to discrepancies. These discrepancies are usually errors in entering the cards billing address. We take your security very seriously and we cannot accept a credit card that does not match the billing address. If you have recently moved please make sure to use your old address if you have not updated your information with your credit card company.

The multiple pending transactions that are shown on your bank statement as payment will be redeposited in 2-5 business days depending on your banks policies. If after this time period, the pending transactions are still on your bank statement, we advise you to call your bank directly. You should only see one charge per completed order with Remember Me Gifts.

I am looking for a certain item I've seen else where but not on your site?

We are adding new items all the time and are always looking for new ideas. If you have something in mind but do not see it on our website email us and include the website where you saw the item and we will do our best to locate it through our resources and custom design it for you. If we are unable to find the exact item we will recommend a similar product to what you are looking for. Helping you find the perfect gift is very important to us!

How can you offer quality products at such great prices?

We believe in giving our customers a great products and a great price. Every item offered on our website has been hand selected and is checked for quality before adding it to our website. We also strongly believe that you should not go broke giving a loved one, or yourself, the perfect personalized gift! We believe that quality does not have to equal a high price and pass on any savings that we receive from our vendors to you, our customers.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, contact us with 30 days of receipt for a prompt exchange for the same item. Everyone makes mistakes (including us!), so, please take special care and double check your order and the personalization you've entered including all spelling, names, dates, etc. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer a 20% discount on the replacement. Just give us a call (614.876.7122) to get that process started. Of course, if we made the error, we will replace your item at no cost to you. 

In very rare instances we may request that the items be sent back to us for inspection due to the defects and you can simply mail it back through the post office. Once we receive the item(s) back, we can refund you for the shipping if the defect is in fact due to the manufacturer and not neglect on FedEx or USPS' during shipping. 

Does pricing information appear on the packing slip when sending an item as a gift?

Your recipient will receive a packing slip on the outside of the box that will tell them what is inside the package and who it is from. This slip has no pricing information on it but will show your information as the bill to address.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted once your have completed and placed your order. 

Can I change my order?

Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order prior to submission.  We do try to accommodate changes if you find a mistake in your personalization provided that production has not begun. If you find an error after your order is placed, CALL US IMMEDIATELY  (614.876.7122) and if we haven't begun production, we will make the changes you need. If your gift has begun the production process, we are unable to make any changes to it. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their order for correct spelling and all personalization that they enter as Remember Me Gifts holds no responsibility for any misspellings nor will it correct any spelling errors. 

Can I place my order over the phone?

Remember Me Gifts strongly suggests that you place your order online so that you can review the personalization that you enter for your order, however, we can take your order over the phone. Please be aware, while we do read the personalization back to you, Remember Me Gifts bears no responsibility in the entry of the personalization and if a mistake was made, we will not replace your order. It is imperative that you double check your order confirmation for the correctness in the personalization that was entered.

How can I enter my promotion code once I have submitted my order?

Promotional codes can only be used at the time of ordering and cannot be used on orders that are already submitted.
